The secret to a Healthy diet is moderation in all things. A Healthy diet is what is right for YOU, depending on YOUR situation. Are you over weight? Are you under weight? Are you diabetic? Are you lactose intolerant? Do you have food allergies? And so on… What is right for one person will not, necessarily, be right for another.
It is my intention to furnish you with information that will lead you to a HEALTHY WAY OF EATING. That includes food tips, web sites links, references to diet and healthy eating books and magazines and some very good recipes and meal suggestions. However, YOU must decide what’s good for YOU!
