The Following 3 Recipes Come From My Daughter, Marcy.



Grandma's Meatloaf
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped

1 cup instant oats or bread crumbs or crushed saltines
1 cup tomato sauce
1 egg
1 Tbls. worchestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup ketchup
1 Tbls. prepared mustard
3 Tbls. brown sugar

Preheat oven to 375. Combine first 8 ingredients and shape into a loaf. Place in a baking dish. Mix last 3 ingredients and spread over meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour.

Marcy’s TIP:  Doubles well for 2 loaves. Freeze one for another week!
My TIP:  For a complete meal in one dish…add 1-12 oz. bag of frozen mixed vegetables ( thawed) and another egg to meatloaf mixture.
