YOGURT POPS

8 oz. fat-free plain or flavored yogurt
6 oz. concentrated unsweetened fruit juice

Dash vanilla extract or honey

In medium bowl, combine yogurt, juice and vanilla extract.  Pour into four 3 oz. paper cups and partially freeze 1 hour.

Insert wooden sticks into each cup and freeze 4 hours or until solid.

Makes 4…Diabetic and Dieter friendly.
