I can't remember if this is my Mother's recipe...or my son's...or my daughter's.  What I know is...it is delicious!

Mixed Vegetable Casserole

16 oz.  frozen Mixed Vegetables (steam 8-10 min.)         
1/8 cup Chopped Onions
3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 oz. Water Chestnuts
3/4 cup Mayo
Sprinkle of salt

Mix all ingredients.   
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Mix  1/16 cup Margarine and 4 oz.  Dried Bread Crumbs.  
Sprinkle over top and Bake for another 10 mins.
