Oatmeal, Yogurt, Fruit
In a microwavable bowl, layer
1/2 cup of Old Fashioned Oatmeal,
1 Tbsp. of Honey,
Cinnamon to taste,
1 cup of water and
1 med. chopped Apple, peel on.
Microwave for 3 minutes.
Add 1- 6oz container of non-fat, low carbohydrate
Vanilla or Cherry Yogurt and stir.
Enjoy!
