Yogurt, Fruit and Jello

Ingredients:
1 pkg. sugar free Strawberry Jello
2- 6 oz containers low-fat, low carb, Strawberry Yogurt
1 cup sliced or chopped Strawberries.
1/2 cup water

In a microwavable bowl, heat water for 2 minutes.
Dissolve the Jello in the hot water.
Add the Yogurt and mix until smooth.
Add the Strawberries and refrigerate until set.

If you don't mind the extra calories, add some Lite Cool Whip!

4 Servings   (Note:  This recipe will not make the same sized mold as in the above picture.  You will need to triple the ingredients)

Cal. 57-67, Fiber 1.3 gms, Carbs. 3.5 to 5.5, Fat 0

This suggestion can be varied by changing the flavor of the
Yogurt and Jello and using different fruit.
For instance: Orange Jello, Orange Yogurt and a can of Mandarin Oranges.
Lemon Jello, Lemon or Vanilla Yogurt and a can of Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce. I especially like the cranberries, but you must watch out for the sugar content.

Make up your own combination and use your own favorite bowl!
