HONEY-GLAZED SALMON

1½ pounds fresh or frozen salmon fillets       
3 tbls. honey           
2 tbls. sodium-reduced soy sauce
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Nonstick spray coating

Thaw salmon, if frozen. In a small mixing bowl stir  salmon with the honey mixture. If salmon is 1 inch or together the honey, soy sauce, and red pepper.   

Measure thickness of fish. Spray the unheated rack of broiler pan with nonstick coating. Place fish, skin side up on rack, turning under any thin portions. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes per 1/2-inch thickness. Brush salmon with the honey mixture.  If salmon is 1 inch or more thick, turn salmon fillet.  Continue to broil until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
