Sauteed Yellow Squash, Zucchini and Onions2 Tbsp olive oil
2 onions, cut into 1/4 slices
2 zucchini, cut in half length-wise, then cut into 1/4' slices 1
2 yellow squash, cut in half lengthwise, then cut into 1/4 slices
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Place oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook 3 to 5 minutes until translucent. Add zucchini and yellow squash.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic, and cook 30 seconds.
Add Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes, until the liquid has reduced by half.
